Benjamin is doing about the same. Yesterday afternoon they had him on his tummy for the first time in 2 1/2 weeks. His back has a couple bedsores on it but it wasn't near as bad as I thought it would be. When we came this morning he was on his back again. I gave him a sponge bath with some soap since he was quite pink from the solution they had to use to put his picc line in. Then they put him on his tummy again so I gave his back a washing too. He seemed to enjoy it this time. I tried washing him yesterday but he wasn't tolerating it so I just stopped. But this morning he tolerated it very well. He's still not peeing great but it is getting better since they started him on a new medication. They were thinking that they might have to put him on CRT (the kidney dialysis machine) again but they are going to hold off since he is doing good with the new medication. His kidney function is still not great but seems to be doing ok. His ventilation settings are the same right now as yesterday and he's doing good on it. His chest x-ray looked a touch better than yesterday's so he is definitely moving in the right direction.

We're looking forward to Mom & Dad K. coming this afternoon and having Sunday lunch with them:) Mmmm... I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
